Redbox Tickets — Live Events
Redbox invested into a new area to automate entertainment sales — Live Events. Working as both Product Manager and UX Architect, I worked with a full team of Business Analysts, System Architects and Developers to build a ground up consumer experience that would make accessing live entertainment more accessible to the Redbox consumer base.
Focusing on family based events like all-ages shows, NASCAR, and circuses, the online experience was built around website and Kiosk access. Research was conducted in round table events to discover what interests the Redbox consumer base had, as well as what their price points were. We also collected user feedback research with early versions of the website and Kiosk interface through Axure prototypes.
